Everything in the shop is made to order and shipped worldwide. Here's how it works.

Production & shipping times

Each item is printed on demand after you order (that's how we keep drops limited and waste near zero).

• Production: ~2–7 business days.
• Shipping (US): ~3–5 business days after production.
• Shipping (international): ~1–3 weeks after production, depending on destination and customs.

You'll get a confirmation email when your order goes into production, and again when it ships.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or the wrong size — please check the size details on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes on the heavyweight blanks, size up.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email info@elsquidroe.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible — once an item enters production we can't modify it.
