Shipping, sizing & made-to-order, answered.
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order — production takes about 2–7 business days, then shipping (US ~3–5 business days, international ~1–3 weeks). You'll get an email the moment it ships, with tracking as soon as the carrier issues it.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we print and ship worldwide, so you can order from anywhere, warm or cold.
What sizes do you carry?
Most styles run standard S–2XL (some blanks go further). Sizes are selected at checkout, and we list the blank on each product page. Between sizes on heavyweight blanks? Size up.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is made to order, we can't take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind — check the size details before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email shop@elsquidroe.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
Why 'made to order'?
It means zero warehouse waste, always-fresh designs, and a rotating lineup. The styles you love most graduate to the shelves at the physical El Squid Roe store in Cabo.
