Curb-color parking decoder
Street parking in Cabo San Lucas is free — the curb color tells you where. Here is the decoder:
- White (or unpainted) — Free public parking — park here.
- Red — No parking, any time.
- Yellow — Taxi stands (in much of Mexico, yellow also marks loading zones) — either way, don't park here.
- Green — Commercial loading/unloading for permitted business fronts.
- Blue — Disability-permit holders only.
The one rule to remember: if the curb isn't white, don't park there. El Squid Roe is on Blvd. Lázaro Cárdenas downtown — free white-curb spots and 30–50 MXN/hour lots sit within a couple of blocks.

We are open every day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM — breakfast and daytime fun straight through to the late-night party.
