Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. We offer a 100% refund on your deposit if you cancel via email at least 72 hours before the day of your experience. If you need to move your date, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, though the deposit becomes non-refundable once the date is moved.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
Your 20% deposit is paid online now. The remaining 80% is paid upon arrival at the club. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Cash (USD or MXN). Please note that American Express is not accepted for the remaining balance at the door.
What happens if our group doesn't show up?
If you don’t arrive, you simply lose your deposit. No further charges will be made to your card. We don't believe in "hidden fees"—the deposit is your only risk.
Does the package include "Skip the Line"?
Absolutely. All VIP Experiences include Express Entry. When you arrive, head straight to the VIP entrance. You and your guests will bypass the main queue like the legends you are.
How long do we keep the table?
The table is yours for the entire night. As long as your group continues consuming, the territory is yours. We are open from 10 AM for food, but bottle service experiences usually arrive at 9 PM and we go until 2 AM (or 4 AM if the party is still rocking!).
Can we choose our bottles?
Yes! Each experience includes a set number of "Premium Bottles." You can choose from our selection of top-tier Tequila (Don Julio, Casamigos), Vodka (Grey Goose, Tito’s), Whiskey, Rum, and Gin upon arrival, subject to availability.
